Spice Island Poker
Spice Island Poker is the Cryptologic version of
Caribbean Stud Poker. It offers a Progressive Jackpot with a coin
size of one dollar to five hundred dollars and a max bet of three
hundred dollars. Spice Island Poker has a little bit better payout
table than other versions of Caribbean Stud because of the fact that
Cryptologic has raised the payout on the Royal Flush from 100 to 1
up to 200 to 1, which results in a lower house advantage. The table
below shows the payout table.

The normal house advantage in standard Caribbean Stud
Poker is 5.22%, but with the increased payout in Spice Island, the
house advantage is about 0.01% lower. This may not seem like much,
but it does make Spice Island Poker a bit more profitable for you.
Spice Island Poker is a Progressive Jackpot game which means
that you are offered a $1 side bet in order to qualify for the
jackpot. Below is a table of the pay outs available with this side
bet.

In Spice Island Poker, as with other poker games, you place
your ante, you and the dealer both receive a hand with one card face
up and the other four face down. You then make a choice of whether
to place a wager on your hand’s ability to beat that of the dealer
or to surrender the hand and therefore lose your ante.
